About Dr. Tim

Dr. Augustyniak has had a passion for health for as long as he can remember. He’s known that he’s wanted to be a chiropractor since as early as middle school. He grew up in a family that has always valued a healthy lifestyle through both diet, exercise, and receiving chiropractic care. His mission to pursue his dream to become a chiropractor began when he first started at Logan University. From the first day of classes, Dr. Augustyniak began studying Applied Kinesiology with great interest. At the beginning of his second year of school, he came across Systems Health Care and immediately fell in love with the technique. It took everything that he enjoyed from Applied Kinesiology and added a deeper, more specific treatment protocol that he feels is unmatched by any other technique.

Beginning in his third year of school, Dr. Augustyniak wanted to improve upon his knowledge of functional medicine and internal disorders. He began taking 300 hours of post-graduate seminars and completed the Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists coursework. Utilizing this knowledge, he is able to better provide holistic primary care along with the increased specificity of Systems Health Care.

His prior experience before starting his current practice includes working in the Montgomery Health Center in Chesterfield, MO where he focused on the treatment of both musculoskeletal issues as well as internal disorders in the Viscerosomatic Center. He also worked under fellow SHC practitioner, Dr. Todd Anderson, DC, to gain further knowledge and experience before starting Flourish Functional Wellness Center in September of 2023. He has been practicing in Bentonville for the last two years and now calls Decatur home.
